Animals Everywhere

Lately Lash has been setting up his animals in the strangest places. He seems to do this when I am not around and I will stumble upon (sometimes literally) them eating, hanging out, marching around Jericho...

Outside

Clint got home from work early and suggested that we go outside. It was a little cooler than everyone expected, but we all enjoyed the fresh air. Henley is still afraid to walk on the grass...not sure why...so she hung out by the side of the house until we put her in the jogging stroller to go for a walk.

Silly Kids

I have such silly kids. I was cleaning out some drawers the other day and found a pink KU hat and a pair of pink sunglasses. I put them on Henley and she immediately fell in love. She started running around everywhere giggling.

I thought I would get the camera out to take a few pictures. While I was trying to get a picture of Henley (which is usually impossible), Lash came and showed me some silly faces:

I finally got Henley to run my direction so that I could take her picture...she thought she was hot stuff and she thought it was super funny to run from me knowing that I wanted a picture (she's really good at that).

Animal Crackers

Lash and Henley both love animal crackers. Lash always asks for the horses...surprise, surprise!

Henley doesn't care what animal she gets and will usually manipulate them in her mouth so the legs stick out and it looks like she has fangs:

Fashionistas

Lash is very aware of his clothes and is particular about what he wears....not always what it looks like, but whether it is long sleeved or short sleeved, shorts or pants, and whether or not it has water on it (even one drop and he will change his clothes). Sometimes he has gone through three or four outfits in one day!

We were on our way to Chet's house the other night and he picked out his accessories all by himself:
